Company Overview: We are a property management company that specializes in residential properties. We are currently seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our portfolio.
Job Summary: As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our properties, ensuring financial performance and operational efficiency. You will act as the main point of contact for tenants, address their needs promptly, and maintain high levels of owner and tenant satisfaction. Your role will also involve marketing vacant properties, negotiating lease agreements, collecting rent, and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the operation, maintenance, and administration of property portfolios.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.
• Negotiate lease/rental agreements with tenants and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors for repairs and renovations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and records.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all properties comply with health and safety regulations.
• Conflict Resolution: Must have the ability to handle disputes and manage arguments effectively, ensuring fair and amicable solutions are reached. This includes mediating between tenants and resolving conflicts in a professional manner, maintaining a positive environment for all parties involved.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
