Responsibilities:

As a Authorization Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing eligibility benefits prior authorization processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

– Conducting eligibility benefits prior authorization efficiently and accurately.
– Monitoring and reporting weekly metrics to assess the effectiveness of the authorization processes.
– Tracking and evaluating the hours of visits for physical therapists, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in eligibility benefits prior authorization.
Experience working for a Physical Therapy clinic is an advantage.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently, but knows how to communicate effectively if help is needed.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in remote work is a plus
– Availability for regular virtual meetings and collaboration with team members.
