Access Insurance Underwriter, LLC, a rapidly growing insurance company in Florida, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auto Insurance Associate to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who has an experience in providing auto insurance quoting with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, providing administrative support to our insurance agent. The candidate must be available to work full-time during US EST hours.

As our Auto Insurance Associate, you will play a vital role in connecting with our insurance customers. You will be responsible to pull customer’s policy, generate quotes, and billing. Additionally, you may be tasked to handle calls to answer customer queries, deal with complaints, and provide potential customers with detailed information about their policies and our other insurance lines.

To ensure success as an Auto Insurance Associate, you should have a friendly and professional demeanor, very keen to details with excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Ultimately, our top-class insurance assistant is friendly and efficient when handling complaints or providing policy information.

Responsibilities:
• Providing insurance quotes to customers
• Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products, including upselling opportunities.
• Typing up complaint reports, generating quotes, and assisting in billing.
• Managing the customer complaint database with excellent organizational skills.

Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear communication with clients
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate information gathering and recording
• Available and able to work from 9am-5pm EST to meet our clients’ needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel for data entry and document management
• Typing skills of at least 50 WPM to efficiently handle client requests and inquiries
• Must have at least i5-7 processor or its equivalent and noise-canceling headset to ensure high-quality call connection
• Open to serious candidates who want a full-time, long-term position with reliable internet and power connection
• Knowledgeable in Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Ring Central is a plus.
