Job Description

We are seeking a talented and precise CAD draftsmen, that has good experience in CAD and a great understanding of architectural landscape drawing. This remote role will involve providing crucial support to our team across Scandinavia, based in Denmark. If you’re passionate about architectural landscape design, have a keen eye for detail and can turn landscape plans into isolated production drawings in 2D, we would like to hear from you.

Our solution;
Milford provides a custom steel planter system, that is drawn into plan drawings. Each project is unique which means every project need production drawings. We offer this solution across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, which means the drawing material is in different languages.
As each project is unique, our solution will have different specifications each time. Details in the project are different each time, but usually fall under the following categories;
– Thickness and height
– Top folds
– Bracket types
– Benches
– Material (untreated steel, Corten, Powdercoated, Galvanised)
Once the project is drawn up, we need the amount of meters straight, curved and corners.

Key Responsibilities

>Utilize AutoCad to isolate our solution out of landscape plan drawings, and create precise, detailed overview for our customers. Including section drawings and plan.
>Collaborate with our technical team in Denmark to understand project requirements.
>Ensure CAD models and drawings adhere to project specification. (the categories mentioned above.)
>Conduct regular reviews and modifications to project drawings based on feedback from customers.
>Deliver drawings in CAD and PDF, as well as a Word document with total meters, meters curved and amount of corners for the different types of solution.

Requirements

>Extensive experience using AutoCAD for 2D drafting
>Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality designs
>Proven ability to transform overview drawings to accurate, detailed set of production drawings
>Excellent English communication skills, both reading and writing
>Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
>Have a licenced AutoCad and Onedrive account
