AutoCAD Virtual Assistant Engineer

As an AutoCAD Virtual Assistant, you will primarily be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of layouts to be presented to clients, and other client-centric tasks, including, but not limited to, sending follow-up emails, setting up auto-responders, general customer service, and technical support.

The ideal candidate will proactively offer feedback and suggestions to enhance the client experience, helping the company meet its goals.

Finally, you should be able to manage administrative projects and produce high-quality work with little supervision.

Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and review high-quality, detailed civil site designs/plans from field recorded survey files, as well as site plans supplied by the client, architect, and/or contractor using Civil 3D 2022, AutoCAD Lt 2022 & Revit software for review.
Interpret the designs as per the given specifications of the client.
Develop a growing template library.
Create, compile, and store data and specifications sheets.
Creation, proofreading, editing, and organization of documents and files.
Manage, follow up emails, and set-up of auto-responders
Provide general customer and technical support

Qualifications:
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Or multiple years of experience in the AutoCAD/surveying field.
Certification/degree and/or extensive experience in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Some experience in grading plans and erosion control.
Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in the residential and commercial design and construction field
