Job Summary:
As an Automated Telephone Recording Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing automated telephone systems that enhance customer interactions and streamline communication processes for our car rental company. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient customer interactions through the telephone channel.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Automated Telephone Systems:
2. Design, configure, and implement automated telephone systems to cater to various customer needs, including booking inquiries, reservation changes, vehicle information, and customer support.
3. Create a telephone recording script

Record and Update Voice Prompts:
clear and professional voice prompts to guide callers through the telephone system.
2. Update voice prompts as necessary to reflect changes in services or promotions.
3. Ensure Call Routing Efficiency:
4. Optimize call routing to direct callers to the appropriate departments or agents efficiently, reducing wait times and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Monitor Call Analytics:
1. Utilize call analytics and data to assess call volumes, response times, and customer feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement.
2. Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Issues:
3. Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to the automated telephone system to ensure uninterrupted service.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in developing and managing automated telephone systems.
Strong technical skills in telecommunication systems and call center technologies.
Excellent voice recording and editing skills.
Proficiency in call analytics and data analysis tools.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience in the car rental industry is a plus.
