BACKGROUND:

We have an e-commerce ad agency that specifically focuses on working with health and wellness brands and providing digital advertising services.

We want to systematize and automate the operations side of our business from sales and lead generation, to onboarding, client fulfillment, and reporting etc. We have a list of running tasks going that will help to understand where we want to start and the things we will need done.

A lot of this will be connecting and integrating different tools we have with Zapier and streamlining our systems and processes.
