Automation and System Integration Project Manager

As an Automation and System Integration Project Manager at Garrick Solutions, you will be at the forefront of transforming businesses by leading automation and integration projects using the latest Microsoft technologies. You will be responsible for planning, project monitoring, executing, and delivering projects that help our clients optimize their operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

1. Project Monitoring: Continuously monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring that they are on schedule and within scope.
2. Deadline Management: Actively manage project deadlines and milestones, providing regular updates to project teams and stakeholders.
3. Reporting: Generate and maintain project tracking reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas that require attention.
4. Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aligned regarding project status and deadlines.
5. Risk Identification: Identify potential risks or delays and work with project managers and team leads to address and mitigate them.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation related to timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
7. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with project teams to ensure that project activities are in line with best practices and established standards.
8. Client Updates: Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress and any deviations from the agreed-upon schedule.
9. Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their automation and integration needs. Establish clear communication channels to manage expectations and ensure project success.
10. Technical Expertise: Be well-versed in Microsoft Power Automate, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and other Microsoft products. Provide technical guidance and solutions during project execution.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Certified Project Manager, PMP, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in automation and system integration projects.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, RPA, and other relevant Microsoft technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology and industry trends.
