Automation expert (no-code like Make / Zapier)

LOTT is looking for a talented automation developer that understands that any repetitive task – should get automated. If you can automate and integrate workflows that currently still require manual actions in Google sheets, Slack, or bank accounts, LOTT can reach its next stage of growth.

Our company operates at the forefront of Online Advertising. We help online webshops and other eCommerce-related companies to advertise on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Google. We provide our clients advertising accounts that 1) provide a guaranteed continuity of their advertising process and 2) give them the freedom to scale ad budget quickly, as desired. Especially important during this time of the year with Black Friday and the holidays.

The ideal candidate has exceptional knowledge of Google Sheets, data gathering, business automation and data visualisation. You need to be a self-starter, strategic thinker, and great communicator. Collaborating with a small group of people with a diverse set of talents means you get to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We encourage autonomy and freedom, but that also means you need to be accountable by planning ahead your work and discussing your progress and struggles.

YOU ENJOY
1. Utilising Google Spreadsheets, and other work tools to track and gather data
2. Creating automated workflows with Zapier, Make or custom APIs to enhance operational efficiency
3. Collaborating with other team members on mapping and automating workflows
4. Researching new and evolving automation tools

WHAT YOU BRING
– Experience with Google Sheets
– Experience with no-code automation tools like Zapier and Make
– Experience with a project management software like ClickUp/Asana (not required but a plus)
– Eagerness to tackle business challenges, and ready for a long-term commitment
