Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dedicated Full-Time Remote Automation Specialist who thrives in streamlining processes and excels in automating data workflows. This role involves working night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM PH Time) to support our US-based clients.

Full Time Remote Position: This is a full-time remote position demanding 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, aligning with US working hours.

Responsibilities
1. Data Reporting: Develop and maintain data solutions using Looker studio to connect and extract data from various sources including Google Sheets, MySQL, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

2. Workflow Optimization: Utilize Make and Zapier to automate tasks, workflows, and data integrations across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless operations within the organization.

3. Collaboration and Implementation: Collaborate cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities, understand requirements, and implement efficient solutions aligned with business objectives.

4. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor automated processes, address issues or errors promptly, and troubleshoot to maintain the efficiency of automation.

5. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation for automated processes, facilitating knowledge transfer and ensuring transparency within the team.

6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to automation, data analytics, and integration tools to enhance existing processes continually.

Experience
1. Proven track record as an Automation Specialist or in a similar role with expertise in Make and Zapier.

2. Strong proficiency in connecting and visualizing data from various sources such as Google Sheets, MySQL, Facebook Ads Manager on Looker Studio

3. Extensive experience in workflow automation, task automation, and data integration using Make and Zapier.

4. Familiarity with additional tools like Calendly, Typeform/Jotform, Highlevel, Hubspot, and Stripe is desirable for integrating and automating processes involving these platforms.

5. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
