**Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist who is proficient in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Slack, Google Sheet, Clickfunnels, Mighty Network, Make, Simple Texting, Airtable (other CRMs) and more.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows to improve efficiency across different departments within our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and maintain automation workflows in HubSpot and ActiveCampaign to support marketing, sales, and customer service operations.
– Use Zapier to integrate various applications and services to automate tasks and data flow between them.
– Manage and optimize internal communication using Slack, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
– Utilize Airtable to organize data, track projects, and create dynamic reports that support decision-making processes.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automation tools and workflows.
– Provide training and support to team members on the use of automation tools.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest automation trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to existing processes.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in automation or a related field.
– Strong proficiency in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, Clickfunnels, Simple Texting, Slack, and Airtable.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
