Automation Specialist for Music Data Processing and Contract Workflow

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to streamline our process of handling song data and contract generation. This involves automating tasks such as scraping data from Spotify, sending emails to request information, processing incoming email data, and generating contracts.

Project Scope:

You will be responsible for automating the following tasks:

Data Scraping from Spotify:

Develop a Python script to scrape song data from the “New Music Friday” playlist on Spotify weekly.
Extract details such as song titles, artist names, and songwriter credits.
Exporting Data to Excel Template:

Format and export the scraped data into our existing Excel template.
Set up a notification system to send a message to our Microsoft Teams group once the data export is complete.
Data Integration and Email Automation:

Import the Excel data into a Google Sheets file.
Use Power Automate to automatically generate and send emails to request further information about songwriters and their contributions.
Processing Incoming Emails:

Use Power Automate and AI Builder to analyze and extract relevant information from incoming emails.
Update the Excel template with the extracted data.
Contract Generation:

Use Power Automate to fill Word templates with data from the Excel file.
Convert the Word documents to PDFs and send them via Adobe Sign for digital signatures.
Required Skills:

Python Development:

Experience with web scraping using BeautifulSoup or Selenium.
Proficient in data manipulation and exporting to Excel using Pandas.
Microsoft Power Automate:

Capable of creating automated workflows and email integration.
Familiar with integration between Google Sheets, Outlook, and Adobe Sign.
Microsoft AI Builder:

Basic understanding of AI models for extracting data from emails.
Microsoft Teams:

Setting up notifications to inform the team when processes are complete.
Adobe Sign API:

Experience with integrating document workflows for digital signatures.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with automation in music-related data processes.
Strong understanding of data processing and integration.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
