Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Tech/Automations Assistant with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who has the experience to streamline/revamp our internal softwares/integrations & support our client’s to do the same.
This is a remote role that would ideally suit someone who is looking to grow with a company for years to come. We are looking to start this position as Part-Time (5-20 hours per week) with room for rapid advancement into Full-Time; you should be available Mon-Thurs days a week & able to work in the Eastern Time Zone.
Responsibilities:
Streamline and revamp internal software and integrations:
Take ownership of the Tech/Integration space and develop a strategic plan to streamline and optimize our internal software systems and integrations.
Execute the strategy independently, utilizing expertise in ClickUp, Zapier, Miro, GHL, and other relevant tools to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Provide comprehensive support to clients:
Assist clients in restructuring their software systems, including ClickUp, GHL, Zapier and others, to enhance efficiency and align with their business needs.
Serve as a reliable point of contact, offering expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation and optimization process.
Effective communication and collaboration:
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members & clients
Display confidence in engaging with the CEO and participating in support calls with clients, if required, ensuring clear communication, understanding, and next steps.
Embrace AI and new tools for smarter systems, being our strategic advisor:
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, including AI, and actively seek opportunities to leverage new tools for building smarter systems on the software and tech side.
Engage in continuous learning to expand knowledge and proficiency in relevant technologies and platforms.
Experience
You should not be new to any of the above responsibilities and have incredible attention to detail. You are independent & complete work in a timely manner with minimum supervision – easily able to keep your direct reports on track.
You must be highly technical in nature, we really need somebody who can OWN the Tech/Integration space, bringing strategy, and being able to execute that strategy on their own. You should be familiar with ClickUp, Zapier, Miro, GHL and others, obsessed with making them seamlessly work together. This role will require you to completely restructure our ClickUp, GHL, etc and support our client’s in doing the same.
You should also be confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion if you think the ship is heading off course. We encourage that.
**BONUS** — You are the PERFECT fit if you are familiar with all of the above PLUS you love AI, studying up and learning new tools to help us build smarter systems on the software/tech side. The IDEAL candidate has excellent spoken english as well, comfortable speaking with our CEO & hopping on support calls with clients (if necessary).
