We are looking to bring on an Automation Specialist/MarTech VA to be an integral part of our team. Process to Profit is an Operations Consulting company specializing in helping businesses become self-sufficient and enjoyable again. Our core pillars are time, team, and systems. We offer both DWY Consulting and DFY Services, empowering our clients in all aspects of operations, with the end goal to remove them from their business in order to scale & enjoy every moment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist/MarTech VA with excellent communication skills to streamline and revamp our internal software systems and integrations and support our clients in doing the same.

POSITION DETAILS:
– This is a remote position that offers long-term growth potential within our company.
– Initially, it will be a part-time role (5-20 hours per week) with the opportunity to advance into full-time.
– Availability required: Monday to Thursday, Eastern Time Zone. (Note – you can make your own hours, but we will need a few hours of overlap in the Eastern Time Zone)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Streamline and revamp internal software and integrations:
– Take ownership of the Tech/Integration space and develop a strategic plan to optimize our software systems and integrations.
– Independently execute the strategy, leveraging expertise in ClickUp, Zapier, Miro, GHL, and other relevant tools.

Provide comprehensive support to clients:
– Assist clients in restructuring their software systems (ClickUp, GHL, etc.) to enhance efficiency and align with their business needs, offering expert guidance throughout the implementation and optimization process.

Effective communication and collaboration:
– Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
– Engage confidently with the CEO and participate in support calls, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Embrace AI and new tools for smarter systems:
– Stay updated with emerging technologies, including AI, and leverage new tools to build smarter software systems.
– Engage in continuous learning to expand knowledge and proficiency in relevant technologies and platforms.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
– Previous experience in streamlining software systems and integrations.
– Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and keep projects on track.
– Proficiency in ClickUp, Zapier, Miro, GHL, and other relevant tools.
– Comfortable pushing back on the leadership team and expressing opinions constructively.
