We are actively looking for Automation Specialists to become integral members of our team. You will be partnered with an implementation specialist and together you will analyze CRM implementations and assist in the integration of software and automations. There will be daily communication with project leads and clients to progress projects and assist in resolving any daily challenges. In the role of Automation Specialist & Project Implementation Partner, you will play a pivotal part in executing comprehensive testing protocols to detect and document issues, build a Wiki (or documentation) of the automation created, diligently follow through on problem resolution, and guarantee that automation processes adhere to established quality benchmarks. Responsibilities:
– Attend project meetings, document the needs of the meeting and prepare the project board
– Provide weekly progress updates to the project leader of steps taken each week
– Perform comprehensive testing on software applications and automation processes, meticulously verifying their alignment with predefined quality standards.
– Create, meticulously document, and diligently track issues, overseeing their resolution process to maintain accurate records.
– Forge close collaborative ties with fellow automation specialists, client success manager, and team members, championing a culture of quality throughout the development journey.
– Exhibit commitment to timely completion of testing activities, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met.
– Develop, manage, and sustain test plans, test cases, and test results, while proactively upholding their documentation and upkeep.
– Oversee the support inbox, efficiently assigning tasks to relevant team members, and ensuring seamless communication within the team and client.
– Cultivate a knowledge base by compiling a Wiki of support-related questions and answers, and when necessary, request video resources to enhance understanding.
– Lend assistance with Zapier tasks during periods of lower workload, ensuring optimal productivity across the team.

Requirements:
– Must be able to work 7am – 4pm Philippine Time
– Excellent skills in handling complex problems and troubleshooting automations.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues.
– Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
– Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
– Strong familiarity and experience in working around Zapier and/or Make. This is a MUST.
– A PLUS – basic understanding of CRM tools like Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc. and Project Management tools like Monday, Asana, etc.
– Fluent English writing skills for emails to support clients with clear easy to understand directions for tech responses to customers who may not know tech well.
– Even though we are a remote team we enjoy working together and we are online the full day together. This ensures great communication and quick turn arounds on any work challenges.
