Job Description

We are looking for energetic candidates! Must be extremely fluent in English and have exceptional communication skills in customer support.

*Prefer individuals who will handle calls have very little to no accent.

Salary: $46k-$52k monthly
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9AM – 5PM CST; 1 hour lunches
Start Date: within two weeks

Their primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate appointments with potential and existing customers. Here are the key responsibilities of an automotive appointment setter:

Customer Interaction:

Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers inquiring about services, vehicles, or scheduling appointments.
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, previous inquiries, or service reminders.
Appointment Scheduling:

Service Appointments: Schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and other services.
Sales Appointments: Set up appointments for customers to visit the dealership to test drive or discuss vehicle purchases.
Lead Management:

Follow-Up: Follow up on leads generated through various channels (e.g., online inquiries, showroom visits, promotional events).
Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
Customer Service:

Information Provision: Provide customers with information about services, vehicle availability, pricing, promotions, and policies.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Coordination:

Interdepartmental Communication: Coordinate with the service department, sales team, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and service delivery.
Logistics: Ensure that all necessary arrangements are made for the appointments, such as availability of vehicles for test drives or necessary parts for repairs.
Administrative Tasks:

Documentation: Accurately record details of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in the dealership’s management system.
Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on appointment activities, customer feedback, and lead conversions to management.
Sales Support:

Promotional Campaigns: Assist in executing promotional campaigns by reaching out to potential customers and informing them about special offers and events.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the dealership’s inventory, service offerings, and current promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Relationship Building:

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain customers, such as service reminders and follow-up calls after service or purchase.
