Automotive Finance Manager / Strong Understanding of Loans / Dealertrack / Loan Closing

We are currently seeking a remote automotive loan officer to join our team.

As a loan officer, you will be responsible for evaluating and approving loan applications for our customers using Dealertrack platform. This includes reviewing credit history, income, and other financial information to determine loan eligibility. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building relationships with our clients. You must have a good sales closing ratio.

You will also be responsible for managing and completing all necessary clerical paperwork, including loan agreements, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements using Dealertrack. Strong administration and organizational skills are essential for this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining bank partnerships, providing constant and quick updates to our customers and internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on all outstanding items.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive loan industry, as well as a strong understanding of credit and loan underwriting. In addition, you should have a deep understanding of different makes and models of vehicles, their features and value, as well as an understanding of the latest trends in the automotive industry, this will help you to assist your customer in finding the best loan options that fit their vehicle needs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You must have a good understanding of numbers and able to analyze data and make quick decisions. Additionally, you must be proficient in using Dealertrack, the industry-standard platform for automotive lending, to efficiently process loan applications.
