We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Automotive Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers by answering inquiries, providing information about our automotive products and services, and resolving issues through our live chat platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple live chat sessions simultaneously and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools and having a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide tailored advice.
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Go the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base.
Coordinate with other teams as necessary to resolve customer issues or refer customers to appropriate channels for further assistance.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, specifically in an automotive or related technical field.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school diploma; college degree preferred.
Passionate knowledge of automotive products and an enthusiast’s understanding of car maintenance and repair.
Working Conditions:

This position requires sitting for extended periods, handling multiple chat windows, and typing.
Work is primarily indoors and requires a reliable internet connection for remote work possibilities.
