Brief Description:

About Us:
Enable Ag is an Agriculture Consultancy firm that provides coaching and systems for Australian farmers to achieve freedom of time. Our vision is to enable farmers and their future generations to have more time for themselves and their families. As an innovative start-up with a small yet dedicated team of four, including a founder/director, two operations team members, and an online course developer, we are committed to achieving rapid growth and maintaining high-quality standards. As a marketing coordinator, you will report directly to the director and play a crucial role in generating leads and driving our marketing efforts.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an independent and creative Marketing Coordinator who thrives on minimal guidance and maximum ownership from day one. You will be responsible for following existing systems and creating new ones as needed, rather than expecting formal one-on-one training. This is a work-from-home position, requiring at least two years of relevant experience in 80% of the primary goals and ongoing tasks outlined below. If you are confident in securing podcast opportunities, organising webinars/workshops, and executing email marketing campaigns, we want to hear from you.

Hours & Availability:
• 20 hours per week initially, with potential for flexible hours as long as goals are met or exceeded.
• Availability required from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Melbourne, AU time, with a mandatory cross-functional team meeting at 12 PM on Mondays.

Compensation:
• PHP 18,000 per month for a 20 hours/week commitment.
• 3-month probationary period with a 3-5% annual salary increase thereafter.
• Performance bonuses for exceeding initial expectations within 6 months after probation based on the quality of leads generated per quarter.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary Goals:
1. Secure 2 podcast opportunities per month.
2. Generate 4 blogs per month and integrate them into our marketing sequence.
3. Organize 1 webinar/workshop per month for lead generation.
4. Organize 1 webinar/workshop per month for existing clients.
5. Secure 2 conference speaking opportunities.
6. Apply for 1 award per quarter.
7. Lead the company towards sustainable lead generation without relying on paid ads and just word of mouth.
8. Contribute to the creation of 1 hour of video/visual content monthly.

Ongoing Tasks:
1. Maintain and update the WordPress website and team member profiles.
2. Manage social media posting platforms and keep profiles (FB, Insta, Google, LinkedIn) updated.
3. Maintain CRM with appropriate tags and workflows.
4. Create and document systems for recurring tasks.
5. Use Canva to create visuals (images and videos)
6. Coordinate with our marketing agency as needed.
7. Ensure automated social media posts are functioning correctly.
8. Conduct research and create custom GPTs or identify appropriate ones.
9. Generate content for emails, campaigns, courses, PPTs, etc.
10. Create videos using AI and audio scripts for monthly video content.
11. Hold the CEO accountable and challenge ideas constructively.
12. Research and test marketing applications.
13. Conduct discovery calls to qualify clients for strategy sessions.

Additional Duties:
• Brainstorming for new client courses.
• Assisting with content creation and conversion to audio scripts.
• Supporting the director in sales pitches and joint venture presentations.
• Ad-hoc client check-ins to ensure action items are completed.

Work Allocation:
• 65% Marketing
• 25% Online Course Content Creation
• 10?-hoc Admin Duties
Important Note: You should be able to switch between different activities during the day without compromising on your primary goals.

What We Offer:
• Our company offers the Freedom Time Farmers Program to support farmers, and we extend the same support to our employees. We aim to help you grow and develop through our Personal Care & Development Habits Accountability Initiative.
• Access to our training portal and an external agency’s training portal.
