Schedule: 9:00 am to 6 pm EST Monday-Friday, Occasional Weekends

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Charter Flight Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will contact and manage incoming requests and general administrative tasks related to charter flight bookings. This role requires high professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate charter flight bookings, including scheduling, pricing, and customer communication.
Provide detailed information to clients regarding charter services, aircraft options, and pricing.
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client information, and flight details.
Collaborate with flight operations and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare and present sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
Manage the company social media accounts

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales administration, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of aviation terminology and regulations is an asset.
Experience with social media management
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
A reliable internet connection and appropriate workspace for remote work.
