Job Description

We’re looking for an amazing Real Estate Assistant! The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our day-to-day operations, supporting client communications, optimizing our database & marketing management.

We’re looking for a PARNTER. We need someone trustworthy, competent, and reliable who will grow with our team. As we become more successful, your pay and opportunities will also grow.

We will train you with 1-on-1 coaching, using the systems and manual we already have in place. We also expect you to learn quickly, think for yourself, and not just take orders but to use your best judgement on executing action items.

Role Overview
As our Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our team’s growth. This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to challenge yourself, to innovate, and to be a part of something bigger.

Full-time Position
Approximately 8 hours per day, 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities
• Data Management: Precise input and handling of crucial data
• Operations Management: Manage development and expansion of company policies, procedures and systems
• Day-to-Day Operations: Assist team in administrative tasks, coordinate appointments, manage deadlines, support client communication, email and text campaigns
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on team performance and productivity metrics.
• Multitasking Pro: Efficiently balance daily tasks with special project management
• Future Growth: Take the lead in project and people management, including recruitment and training of additional VAs.
• Marketing: Spearhead and enhance our marketing strategies across various digital platforms, including YouTube and social media.

Marketing Top Tasks (we will train):

IG/FB/LinkedIn – Helping to create and record step by step strategies and systems
• Take our written content, editing (making sure it’s proper English and it makes sense) and creating graphics or send them to graphics designer
• Upload all graphics and posts into folders in Dropbox
• Posting on feed
• Hashtag research
• Posting on stories
• Engaging for 30 minutes after a post
• Finding accounts where our ideal clients are hanging out and commenting
• Engaging with those clients (liking, commenting, hearting specific accounts)
• Following our strategies and systems step by step

YouTube
• Following our strategies and systems step by step
• Posting
• Researching high velocity topics
• Commenting and responding
• Consulting us on the direction of our YT videos

Other:
• Repurposing our content – Transcriptions from YouTube Videos and converting them into graphics and blog posts
• Organize the staggering our posts
• Coordinate YT videos with our video editor and graphics designer

We may put you through courses to better educate you on YouTube & social media platforms.

There will be a 3 month probation period from the time you start & if it’s the right fit you will be offered a full time salaried position with benefits rare with an overseas company.

Qualifications

Required
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Notion (or similar), Google Suite, and a quick learner of new real estate-specific software
• Independent work ethic combined with effective team collaboration.

Extra Credit
• 3+ years of proven success as a virtual assistant
• College degree

Experience is great but our team hires for character. If you’re the right fit, we have no problem training someone with no experience.

Pay
TBD, this will depend on your competency and level of skill compared to other applicants.

Working Hours
2pm to 10pm (Pacific Coast Time – Olympia, Washington time)
