Our company seeks a forward-thinking Podcast Manager to spearhead our podcast show’s enhancement and optimize its social media presence. As the Podcast Manager, your role isn’t just management—it’s about pioneering improvements using generative AI apps, innovative strategies, and cutting-edge tools.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee the production of our podcast show, ensuring the scheduling of audio and video versions, publishing episodes, and seamless coordination with guests and the host.
– Leverage generative AI applications (i.e., ChatGPT, Capsho) to produce promotional materials: episode descriptions, social media posts, website, and blog content
– Design and manage daily social media posts across all platforms to increase engagement and audience growth.
– Organize tasks methodically, prioritize an efficient workflow, and meet all deadlines.
– Pilot innovative strategies and tools to streamline podcast management and workflow.
– Collaborate proactively with team members to brainstorm and implement creative ideas that will uplift our podcast and its social media channels in alignment with the company’s mission and vision.

Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in podcast and social media management.
– Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
– Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of collaboration.
– Unparalleled organizational prowess and acute attention to detail.
– Self-motivated with the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
– Well-acquainted with podcast hosting platforms, preferably Buzzsprout.
– Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT) and their application in content creation.
– Practical experience with graphic design software, with Canva being a particular advantage.
