Awesome Social Media Outreach Specialist Required!

Hey hey! I’m a business coach for female photographers and I’m looking for an awesome VA to join my team as an Organic Outreach Specialist and Group Manager.

Ideally you will have experience as a VA and ideally also with organic outreach and group management.

This is a part time role and about 2-3 hours a day at this stage – however the role may grow for the right person who is prepared to learn and take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities:

? Growing my personal audience
? Growing my Instagram audience
? Managing my free group
? Updating marketing records

Tasks include:

* Reaching out and adding friends on my personal Facebook account
* Organic outreach on Instagram
* Managing my facebook group – accepting / qualifying new requests
* Welcoming new members with a welcome post
* Sending welcome messages to new members who request more information
* Inviting new friends into group
* Updating a daily spreadsheet

Skills required:

* Excellent English – written and spoken
* Excellent data entry
* Attention to detail
* Reliable
* Highly organized!

Systems you’ll be using:

* Messenger
* Click Up
* Group-Kit
* Go High Level (FG Funnels)
* Google Sheets/ Docs
* Slack
