Job Summary:
The Tech VA position is a core team member responsible for making sure that all backend systems of the business are running smoothly at all times. This includes the delivery of brand assets through highly converting funnels, scheduled email content, live launches, and building and optimizing all content funnels. This member works closely with the Program Managers and is primarily responsible for campaign automation set-ups for launches and programs. This includes the creation of pages, automation, and access settings in all of the programs the company offers.
A large part of this job is finding ways to automate processes, updating our landing and opt-in pages, scheduling email broadcasts, and making sure our technology is built on intelligent systems and integrations.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong technical and problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency to get things done quickly and accurately. You need to be able to think through problems and make sure you build everything out intelligently with the end goal in mind, asking questions and doing research to gain clarity when needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of previous experience working as a Tech Virtual Assistant and is excellent at building and bringing solutions to keep the business running smoothly
Experience you must have:
– Advanced knowledge of Ontraport
– Advanced knowledge of Zapier
– 3+ years of experience in technical automation, integrations, and email sequences.
– Must be available to rush in to solve any tech issues the company runs into
– High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions

Tech Tasks for this Role:
– Create video images and pages for any email campaigns that need
videos.
– Make sure that all automation and sequences are working properly
and smoothly.
– Build landing pages accurately based on the approved designs
turned over by the creative team.
– Create Ontraport pages as needed (late enrollments, one-click pages,
thank you pages, one-page opt-ins, and order forms)
– Schedule email & coordinate with creatives for the content
– Set up email campaigns and broadcast
– Test email campaigns & live pages
– Create replay email campaigns
– Create updates or reset the program’s content as needed.
– Create new product set-up as needed.
– Update contacts as needed.
– Troubleshoot technical issues across different platforms
– Provide technical support to the CEO during launches
– Create up-to-date trackers to be shared with the entire team
– Tracking KPIs for all the campaigns to identify what changes need to
be created.
Client Care Tasks for This Role:
– Assist and coordinate with program managers in resolving technical
issues raised by the members.
Requirements:
– Available US PST for weekly team meetings + work
– Will start as a part-time position between 15-20 hours per week
– Must be available to rush in to solve any tech issues the company runs into
– Excellent English verbal and written skills
– High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions
Compensation:
$10-$15 USD/hr depending on experience

– Complete Human Design Assessment (instruction will be given)
– Attend video interview
– Complete a small project to demonstrate competency
