We seek a talented and creative Video Editor with motion graphics experience to help us take our faceless YouTube music channel to the next level and join our remote team long-term. A risk-taker who can help us push the boundaries within the new media landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Edit three lyric videos (similar style as /watch?v=179ho5DrSyc ) and several short-form clips per week, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for our viewers
– Organise, manage and distribute content across our socials (YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok and other)
– Interpret and turn social engagement, trends, and insights into actionable growth initiatives
– Work directly with the founder and team on new approaches
YOUR PROFILE
– Passion for results and the ability to create compelling, polished videos that capture the audience’s attention
– Proven experience as a Video Editor and proficiency with software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools
– Strong understanding of video editing techniques, motion graphics, and video effects
– Obsessed with Youtube and have a good understanding of platforms such as Instagram and Tiktok
– Analytical and good with numbers, you understand click-through rates, retention, and other key metrics
– In tune with the latest trends, American pop culture, and have a strong desire to create highly engaged fan communities in the digital and social media space
– Highly enthusiastic, excellent communicator, and exceptionally organized
– Open to constructive criticism and willingness to make changes to improve the final product
– Passion for electronic music and the artists who create it is a plus
– Proficient in both written and spoken English
