Hours: 16/wk (M-Th, 9am-1pm EST, USA)

Candidate Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and highly experienced Appointment Setter and Cold caller. Excellent communication skills, highly organized, and the ability to work independently. Must be able to effectively communicate the benefits of the appointment and must be able to handle rejection and objections from potential clients. Strong computer skills and proficiency with CRM software (Phoneburner) are also important for the role. We are looking for a candidate who has been in the industry for a very long time and has hands on experience.

Appointment Setter Responsibilities:
Your employer is a mortgage broker seeking appointments with realtors for the ultimate goal of working together on future real estate deals. The job will be to make B2B cold-calls from a list of qualified realtors and schedule interested prospects on the calendar for a 15-minute discovery call with a mortgage broker. Contacting potential realtors, handling objections, scheduling appointments, follow-up, record keeping and reporting.

Hours are 9am-1pm EST (Eastern Standard Time, USA) on Monday through Thursday. We expect 100 calls daily, or 2 appointments set, whichever comes first. The appointment setter is expected to take notes on the calls in the CRM and schedule appointments through Calendly. Calls are recorded and reporting metrics are tracked through Phoneburner CRM

Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Professional English communication, confident and well spoken. (Without local accent)
2. 2+ years of experience in Cold Calling or appointment-setting
3. Ability to work from a remote setting (Laptop, electricity and internet backup)
4. Can make 100 calls on daily basis with outbound dialers, or set 2 appointments daily, whichever comes first.
5. Calling experience with US, UK, Canada and International market.
