We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. This role requires the ability to effectively engage with both B2B prospects, cultivating relationships and securing appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the flexibility to adapt strategies for different client types. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in B2B calling, adept at navigating smart lists, opportunity pipelines, tasks, and email functionalities. .
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products/services and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Identify decision-makers and key contacts within target businesses or individuals for effective appointment setting.
Provide information about our products/services and answer initial questions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments set, and client details using CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies, understand product/service offerings, and optimize appointment-setting processes.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our sales team.
Coordinate schedules to ensure efficient use of the sales team’s time.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or telemarketing.
Familiarity with CRM software and appointment scheduling tools.
Preferably with experience in Go High Level CRM
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in English – we are specifically seeking individuals who can communicate in English with a very smooth, accent-free delivery.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Capability of posing inquiries to further explore the potential client’s situation
Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.
A positive and high energy individual with a professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
This is an internal position that involves working remotely.
A dependable internet connection of 75 Mbps (with a preference for 100 Mbps) is necessary, while having backup internet and power is advised but not mandatory for the initial setup.
Necessitates working during the graveyard shift in the Philippines, which aligns with U.S. working hours.
Salary and Benefits:
$4 per hour with possible additional earnings through commission
