Job Description

We are looking for someone who fits the startups culture – we are a young, happy, and motivated mastermind team working together remotely from all around the world. The B2B Appointment Setter Manager shall form a mastermind alliance with the Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
*Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of B2B appointment setters, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure they meet their targets.
*Goal Setting: Establish clear and achievable performance targets for the appointment setting team, aligned with the company’s sales and revenue goals.
*Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective B2B appointment setting strategies, which may involve script development, target audience identification, and lead generation techniques.
*Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of appointment setters, using key metrics and analytics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
*Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members, helping them improve their skills in lead qualification, objection handling, and appointment scheduling.
*Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on team performance, presenting insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing departments.
*Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the appointment setting operation.
*Quality Assurance: Ensure that all appointments scheduled meet quality standards and are well-qualified to improve the sales team’s efficiency.
*Communication: Maintain effective communication with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align goals and strategies.
*Technology Utilization: Utilize CRM and other sales and marketing tools to streamline processes and manage leads effectively.
*Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for the B2B appointment setting team, optimizing expenses and resources.
*Lead Generation Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing department to provide feedback on lead quality and help refine lead generation efforts.
*Customer Relationship Management: Maintain professional and positive interactions with potential clients, representing the company in a positive light.
*Compliance: Ensure that the team follows all relevant regulations and industry best practices in B2B appointment setting.
*Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews for team members, offering constructive feedback and recognizing high achievers.
*Problem Resolution: Address any challenges or issues that arise within the appointment setting team promptly and effectively.
Job Specification:
> Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Computer majors have an advantage
> Post-Graduate Degree
> Using AI Integration
> 8 to 10 years Experience
> Aladdin Academy Certified is required within the first month
Key Skills and characteristics:
> . Strong skills to recruit and manage teams
> Have built a call center team from 0 to 100 agents
> Proven experience in B2B Appointment Setter management.
> Telephone communication + lead qualification & generation skills
> Computer & software skills, Google Apps skills including calendar, docs, email, drive, forms and tasks.
> Experience in online cloud call center tools and reportings
> Follow up on going project and sales skills
> Achieving tracking on daily target call made by the operation’s team
> Integrating within the team
> Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence
