Job Description

Advertising agency specializing and dealing with roofing contractors, looking for experienced appointment setters to book roofing contractors for a demo/presentation appointment.

We are seeking B2B appointment setters experienced in B2B appointment setting and hard core sales.

You will be calling roofing contractors who are looking to add 100 B2C roof inspection appointments or more a month, to their scheduling operation. We are selling B2C appointment setting services to roofing contractors.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries
Cold calling to set B2B appointments to demonstrate and explain the service
You will document and update customer records and interactions
You must be detail oriented to documents and follow up activity with templated workflows within our Go High Level CRM with our CRM
Maintain the knowledge base of evolving services
You must have significant experience in appointment setting and online telemarketing sales with the ability to build rapport with clients.

The right candidate will be benefiting from our unique training program. Even though it is scripted which is the basis for the training, we teach you a unique approach that I like to call “conversational selling.”. Conversational selling is an organic and natural approach to talking to prospects. You will learn core concepts about sales and develop a skill set that you can take to any job and be more than successful.

You must be able to work a minimum of 6 hours a day attending an early morning sales training session for 30 minutes as well as being on the phone from 9:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Central Time. you must be able to prove at least 3 years B2B appointment setting experience and one superpower.

If you make it past the first 30 day (making calls )probationary period, you will be paid $200 a week for 30 hours a week. Starting wage is $160 (for the first 30 days on the phone) a week for 30 hours a week, paid weekly. All pay is paid weekly.

Job Description and Pay plan

This job you work 30 hours a week and earn $200 A WEEK after the first 30 day probationary period.
Room for growth Team supervisors earn more, up to $400 a week. To become a team supervisor you must start as a regular appointment center to prove that you can do this.

Evaluation Period: Roofer Resource Appointment Setter (“APPOINTMENT SETTER ”) begins a 30-day evaluation period as of the first day of training. All Company standards and certain criteria must be met. Evaluation criteria include but are not limited to: presentation of the script provided, punctuality and commitment to work schedule, and an appointment rate average of three appointments per week per appointment setter. 1. During the evaluation period: All APPOINTMENT SETTERS are permanent employee status, at the company’s discretion, making APPOINTMENT SETTER eligible for company benefits according to the Company employee manual. (______Initial)

2. Training Rates of Pay: The following hourly base rates of pay apply during training:
$6 per hour is the AGENT’s base rate of pay for all training hours. Two half days training. ( Initial)

3. Post Training Rates of Pay: The following weekly base rates of pay apply following successful completion of training:
$160 per week is the rate of pay for all APPOINTMENT SETTERS for the first 30 days ( Initial)
$200 PER week after successful completion of thirty days of working for the company without missing a shift. If APPOINTMENT SETTER misses the equivalent of two shifts during the first 30 days, the 30 Day period resets.
Log In Hours 30 hours a week (includes 30 minutes training each day) as directed by the immediate supervisor, are the Hours tracked by the Company’s PBX for when the agent is available ready to take and make calls, and talking to prospective clients. ( Initial)

4. Compensation acknowledgement: Appointment Setter acknowledges that they are an independent contractor. (____Initial)

5. Payday: Pay Periods are; Weekly every Friday for the previous work week. All APPOINTMENT SETTERS work a week in hand. (____Initial)

6. Duties: Team Lead acknowledges responsibility for the following;
A minimum of three appointments per week with the owners/DECISION MAKERS of roofing contractor company (____Initial)

7. Termination: Upon termination of employment, TEAM LEAD are no longer eligible for any commission payments on any completed sales or any sales, which are thereafter completed. Appointment Setter must surrender all materials and property of MR. CHECKBOOK immediately to his/her supervisor. Appointment Setter understands that all materials and company communications are confidential and proprietary and Roofer Resource Property and noncompliance could lead to financial sanctions and possible legal action. 10. Changes: This explanatory document and compensation scheme may be changed unilaterally by ROOFER RESOURCE, upon one week’s written notice to Appointment Setter.

11. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding compensation shall be resolved exclusively through the Arbitration by Mail program offered by the Las Vegas, Nevada office of JAMS/Endispute (or similar service if JAMS/Endispute is no longer in existence at time of dispute) notwithstanding any judicial or statutory limitation on arbitration provisions entered between employers and their employees. Any claims regarding compensation are waived if not raised in writing within three (3) months of the date they allegedly arose.
