B2B appointment setting / Property cold calling

* Winning new deals by engaging in various forms of out reach (email, cold calling, social outreach, and other creative methods)
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation
* Engaging in follow up to ensure continued relationship building with agents, sources and leads for first 90 days and incentivizing them to reach out to us.
* Building rapport with agents is key. log appointments, creating a live document containing a spreadsheet of companies/vendors contacted and their feedback is essential.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.
* Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently
* Proficient in using CRM software or other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track progress.

Qualifications and experience
* Bachelor’s degree
* Business Development or Prospecting Experience – reaching out to cold prospects
* Advanced writing, reading, and speaking skills
* Professionalism and strong personal presence

Job type: Part – time ?
Salary: $300- $350 per month

Schedule available:
* 4 hour shift Monday – Friday
* Part time Saturday shift
