About the role:

The B2B Associate will execute a sales strategy by identifying customer needs and selling the appropriate products. This associate will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends. Develop business through multiple marketing and sales techniques including but not limited to cold calling and emailing, post on social media and contact potential customers, conducting in person meetings, and partnering with vendors. Meet or exceed annual sales top line revenue and margin goals as defined by management. Execute Quarterly Business Review (QBR) to Sales/Project manager each quarter which will focus on past performance and expectations of current quarter, analysis of pipeline, key wins, and personal improvement goals. Maintain a targeted understanding of customers business showing the ability to establish customer needs, buying cycles, and creating strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business.

As a B2B Associate, your essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Recognize and reach out to clients in businesses.

Create and assess a business marketing strategy.

Develop competitive pricing strategies.

Follow through with customers and ensure satisfaction.

Develop sales quota targets.

Anticipate revenues.

Develop partnerships with Vendor Field Sales Representatives and optimize the joint selling opportunities.

Demonstrate company products and solutions.

Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems.

Follow-up with leads aggressively.

Solicit feedback on the products being sold.

Other duties as assigned.

Highest standards of accuracy and precision as well as excellent organizational skills

Self-motivation and strong research skills.

Time management skills and ability to build reports on tasks if requested.

Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences

Ability to type 40 words per minute

Proficiency in use of
Google Workspace apps such Gmail and Sheets

Microsoft Suite apps such as Excel and relevant software

CRM and relevant software is a plus!

Strong work ethic and a high sense of urgency is required.

Self-starter who is intellectually curious and not afraid to seek out projects independently

Candidates with a background in e-Commerce are strongly encouraged to apply!
