The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business
• Think critically when planning to assure project success
• Own and manage pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
• Lead the research, mapping, and prioritization of target accounts
• Initiate the registration of business requirements to certain countries; Required registrations for business
• Plan and execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Qualify the existing and newly sourced leads
• Identify and reach out to prospects from our database of qualified leads, to generate qualified opportunities
• Communicate with the decision-makers and high-level profiles
• Coming up with effective marketing strategies for partners
• Create the B2B business plan and marketing plan
• Lead the research, mapping, and prioritization of target accounts
• Delight in rising to the challenge of ambitious growth targets
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3 – 4 years’ prior industry related B2B sales and business development experience
• Valuable and relevant inbound or outbound sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and agreed KPIs
• Target-driven mentality and fearless approach to work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Experience working with Pipedrive or a similar CRM tool
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Experience working within a startup environment is a plus
