THE ROLE:
– Find potential clients and key contacts.
– Use email, phone, and LinkedIn to connect and nurture leads.
– Track and follow up on no-shows and explore automating follow-up sequences for efficiency.
– Schedule and confirm meetings for our sales team.
– Keep detailed records of interactions.
– Work with team member to improve lead generation and conversion.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
– Expert in B2B sales or appointment setting.
– Skilled in email outreach tools and CRM (e.g., Smartlead, Airtable, Pipedrive).
– Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to research and identify prospects.
– Goal-driven, with a history of meeting sales targets.
– Strong organization, time management, planning skills
– Excellent at communication written and verbal.
– Can handle rejection and persist in cold outreach.
– Can work under tight deadlines

– Understanding of digital marketing.
