We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Recruitment Client Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a crucial player in our business development efforts, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new client partnerships, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your ability to understand client needs, articulate our value proposition, and effectively build rapport will be key to excelling in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

New Client Prospecting – Lead Generation:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients within our target industries and regions.
Utilize various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research, to initiate contact with potential clients.
Develop a deep understanding of prospective clients’ hiring needs, pain points, and recruitment challenges.

Consultative Selling – Telesales:

Engage with prospective clients in consultative discussions to understand their specific staffing requirements.
Tailor our recruitment solutions to address clients’ needs and demonstrate how our services can add value to their hiring process.
Present our agency’s strengths, capabilities, and successful track record to instill confidence in our services.

Relationship Building:

Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective client organizations.
Establish rapport through active listening, effective communication, and showcasing a genuine interest in understanding their business objectives.

Customized Proposals:

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized recruitment solutions and proposals that align with clients’ unique needs. Present proposals clearly and persuasively, highlighting the benefits of partnering with our agency.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, prospecting activities, and potential leads using our CRM software.
Track progress of leads through the sales pipeline, proactively follow up, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure successful conversions.

Market Insights:

Stay informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position our agency’s offerings.
Leverage market insights to tailor conversations and proposals for maximum impact.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
– Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate objections and effectively close deals.
– Strategic thinking and analytical mindset to understand clients’ needs and propose tailored solutions.
– Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track activities.
– High level of self-motivation, resilience, and persistence in pursuing new business opportunities.
– Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
– Knowledge of recruitment trends, hiring processes, and human resources practices is advantageous.

Salary – $700 Base + 20% Commission.
On Target Earnings – $2200.
