Position Title: B2B Cold Caller and Appointment Setter
MISSION:
Your mission is to drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and securing qualified leads into scheduled onsite estimates, laying the groundwork for successful sales and enduring client relationships.
RESULTS:
1. Schedule 3 Onsite Estimates Per Week: Secure opportunities for our team to demonstrate our value proposition in person, at the client’s location.
2. Enhance Lead Quality and Conversion Rate: Utilize your skills to not just meet but exceed our benchmarks for lead conversion, contributing directly to our bottom line.
3. Post-Move/Sale Follow-Up and Engagement: Establish and maintain lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring satisfaction and laying the foundation for future business and referrals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead Generation and Qualification: Be the master of the hunt, identifying potential leads and assessing their fit with our services.
• Appointment Setting: Turn cold calls into warm handshakes by scheduling onsite estimates with decision-makers.
• Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of your efforts and their outcomes, providing valuable insights into our process.
• Client Engagement: Be the voice of BBX Moving, ensuring each client’s experience is exceptional, from first contact to post-move follow-up.
Technical Requirements:
Your own laptop/desktop computer that is reliable and fast. Has minimum 16GB RAM or more; with Chrome installed
2 Monitors or screens
Cellphone with Whatsapp
A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 75MBPS, with a backup internet connection
Noise canceling headset/headphones
A quiet and dedicated workspace free of distractions
