B2B Cold Calling – Australian Market

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cold Calling Expert to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is to reach out to local service-based businesses in Australia during Australian Business hours, introducing them to our services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to Australian businesses using a provided list of business names and phone numbers.

Effectively communicate with potential clients by following a provided cold call script, adapting your approach as needed.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent our company in a positive light during all interactions.

Take detailed call notes during and after each call, documenting important information and outcomes.

Update and manage information accurately in Google Sheets, ensuring all call data is current and well-organized.

Work towards meeting or exceeding specific targets and goals set for the number of calls and qualified leads.

Provide feedback on the cold call script and process, contributing to continuous improvement in our outreach strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

Proven experience in B2B cold calling, preferably in the digital marketing sector.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately record information.

Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Docs.

A self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.
