B2B Email Marketing Specialist

We are searching for a talented and data-driven B2B Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at Krailo Socials.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic email marketing campaigns that nurtures and converts leads from our target our audience in the construction industry, including industrial equipment suppliers, tool manufacturers, and associates of builders (HVAC, solar, roofing companies, etc.).

Responsibilities:

– Develop and launch targeted email marketing campaigns for our B2B audience (age 40+) in the construction industry.
– Create compelling email copy that drives engagement and conversions.
– Design and build email workflows using marketing automation tools.
– Be able to understand, optimize, and implement email automation features
– Understand how to segment, re-engage, and clean out email list accordingly.
– Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Be able to perform A/B testing effectively.
– Be able to generate and explain a monthly analytics report detailing campaign analytics.
– Collaborate with our Social Media Content Creator to leverage social media to build our email list.

Requirements:

– Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing. B2B experience preferred.
– Proven ability to develop and execute successful email marketing campaigns with demonstrable results through analytics reports (e.g., open rates, click-through rates).
– Experience with email marketing automation platforms.
– Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and GDPR compliance.
– Excellent writing and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Bonus Points:

– Experience in the construction industry.
– Experience in B2B marketing
– Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Flowdesk, Hubspot, Mailchimp).

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate ($4.50 – $5.50 based on experience).
