What we’re looking for
Lead generation specialist mission:
Maintain internal & client cold email campaigns to ensure they are running smoothly
Manage replies for internal & client campaigns
Setup client campaigns on (with our instructions)
Use tools to create highly targeted & relevant contact lists for internal & client use
Assist with community engagement & other sales administrative tasks
Learn our internal technology & systems to be able to build flows of your own
Document learnings and growth journey to help train future hires

Job role responsibilities
Maintain internal & client cold email campaigns to ensure they are running smoothly
Properly identify replies and push to the correct subsequence
Use correct templates when necessary for different types of replies
Monitor new campaigns for mistakes
Alert when email account deliverability drops below X%
Alert when bounce rate is above X%
Alert when campaign completion is at X%
Use tools to create highly targeted & relevant contact lists for internal & client use
Create lists in based on a specifications
Purchase correct apollo lists using one of our provider sites
Upload to reoon for list cleaning
Import to correct Clay template for enrichment
Push lead lists to Smartlead
Add CSVs of leads to trigger / N8N flows where applicable
Create lists from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Spot check lists for data accuracy, missing fields, etc.
Use clay to enrich lists to build for cold calling
Setup Job trigger automations for clients (heavily SOP’d)
Streamline community engagement for internal customer acquisition
Monitor slack & whatsapp groups for questions or comments we can provide insight on
Look through linkedin posts for the same
Look for ideal profiles on clients on LinkedIn & send connection requests
Learn our internal technology & systems to be able to build flows of your own (after 3 months)
Be able to make your own clay tables, and adjustments to existing templates
Consume content to be able to improve existing flows
Document your learnings to assist future hires

Experience serving recruiter clients (that’s our main customer)
