B2B Lead generation, Sales marketing and strategy

We’re looking for someone to help our new company with sales/lead generation and strategy. I am a physician located in the US who is looking to build out a company that offers telemedicine staffing solutions to startup health tech companies.

Story behind it: Just a collection of friend physicians who have decades of shared experience across telemedicine and looking to increase our access and wisdom to startups looking for physician staffing. We are a new company offering B2B collaborating with startup telemedicine organizations to provide a carefree staffing for their medical team.

A small list of potential list of leads is available upon request. However, I’m looking for someone who can help create a better sales generation and strategy.
This would include you being our sole member who is responsible for lead contacts through zoominfo/apollo or other, CRM navigation, and initial outreach through email/linkedin, etc.

I’m first interested in a part time weekly trial of 10-15 hours/week for 1-2 months, with the ability to transition to full time over the next year if can demonstrate results and value.
