Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Lead Generation Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our reach by identifying and engaging with potential B2B clients, primarily schools, educational institutions, and organizations. You will utilize your exceptional communication and sales skills to introduce ’s programs, generate interest, and qualify leads. A comprehensive script will be provided to guide your interactions with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Prospecting: Identify and research potential B2B clients within the education sector, including schools, educational institutions, and organizations.
Outreach and Engagement: Reach out to potential clients through various channels, such as email, phone calls, and social media, using the provided script as a foundation for effective communication.
Qualification: Engage in meaningful conversations with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit for ’s programs.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of ’s educational offerings and be able to effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition to potential clients.
Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with leads by maintaining regular contact, addressing their inquiries, and providing relevant information.
Lead Tracking and Reporting: Keep detailed and accurate records of lead interactions, updates, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, strategies, and approaches for lead generation and conversion.
Targets and Goals: Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets to contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications:
Proven track record in B2B lead generation and sales, preferably within the education industry or related sectors.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Familiarity with educational products and services is a plus.

Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission structure based on lead conversion and sales performance.
