The Role:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, initiating contact, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients and target industries.
Develop and maintain a robust lead database.
Utilize various tools and platforms to generate and qualify leads.

Cold Calling:
Initiate cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
Articulate the value propositions and benefits of our offerings effectively.
Overcome objections and address client concerns to secure meetings and appointments.

Sales Pipeline Management:
Follow up on leads and prospects, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.

Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, results, and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine lead-generation strategies.

Requirements:
5+ years of demonstrably successful B2B lead generation and cold calling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, evidenced by a 70% conversion rate from initial contact to qualified lead
Proven ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships, as demonstrated by a 90% client retention rate
Data-driven and results-oriented, with a history of exceeding lead generation targets by 20% in previous roles
Excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling the consistent completion of 50K lead generation activities per month while maintaining 98% lead quality
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with Pipedrive and lead generation tools (a plus!)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:
Experience in F&B or Health industries
Experience in Luxury market
Knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling
Prior experience with remote work and virtual communication tools
