Job Description

We are looking for a driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to lead our sales initiatives through detailed client research, effective outreach, and strategic appointment setting. This position is crucial for driving our business growth and requires a strategic thinker with strong capabilities in data analysis, research, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Data-Driven Research and Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis to assess market trends and identify potential clients. Leverage diverse data sources to obtain in-depth insights and identify key decision-makers.
• Lead Qualification and Sourcing: Use lead sources to verify and qualify email contacts and other information, ensuring high-quality outreach to appropriate decision-makers. Proactively make phone calls to confirm contact details and gather additional insights.
• Proactive Outreach: Craft and execute personalized email campaigns and phone outreach to engage potential clients. Navigate through company channels to secure relevant contact information.
• Appointment Setting: Effectively manage communications with prospects to confirm and schedule sales discussions or presentations. Ensure synchronization of all scheduled activities within the CRM system.
• CRM Management: Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all interactions, contacts, and account details within the CRM. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of outreach and sales activities.
• Collaborative Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and share insights gained from customer interactions. Participate in regular team meetings to update and strategize.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on data analysis, lead qualification, and strategic outreach.
• Expertise in CRM software for tracking and managing sales processes and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at creating impactful communications and conducting assertive phone conversations.
• Strong skills in research, data analysis, and the effective use of lead sources for qualifying contacts.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Self-motivated, with a robust independent work ethic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
•Amenable to work from 6 am to 10 am PST (20 hours per week)
