Job Description:
As a B2B Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible in assisting the marketing team in creating and executing successful strategies and campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:
Your primary role will be to support the team in various marketing activities, including but not limited to:

Creating Hubspot email workflows and executing weekly and monthly email marketing campaigns. In charge of building workflows, coordinating with content writers for finalized content, building email layouts, uploading lists, and sending out.
Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
Developing overall channel strategies and executing marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, white papers, case studies, social media posts, ads, webinars, and other marketing collateral.
Launching and executing webinars – finding speakers, ideating topics, creating landing page copy, and setting up and promoting events.
Providing regular reports on campaign performance and making recommendations for optimization.
Creating engaging social media posts leveraging the content on our website.
Conducting keyword research using SEMRush to identify content gaps and create webinar topics and blog posts.
Implementing YouTube optimization tactics to scale our strategy and increase engagement and subscribers.
Video editing to pull clips from our webinars and post them as social media clips
Post blogs and webinars on the WordPress site and optimize them for SEO.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Hubspot is a must
Proven experience as a B2B Digital Marketing Coordinator or a similar role.
Solid knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong grasp of grammar and written English.
Experience working with SEMRush, Canva, and WordPress / Webflow is required.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
