Join a fast growing e-Commerce asset management firm based in Tampa FL. Our mission is to build cutting edge brands and make them innovative market leaders. We run our own privately held portfolio of digital brands in categories including Home & Pets.
Our leadership is searching for a digitally native B2B Marketing Manager who wants to develop and scale our B2B sales program by attracting new business clients and retaining existing ones. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual seeking to make a difference.
Overview
The purpose of the B2B Marketing Manager role is to attract new business clients and retain existing ones by using our established marketing system. This role will be energizing and rewarding for a self starter who is experienced in B2B expansion within an eCommerce organization.
Day To Day
On a day to day basis, you will report to the President of the Company and work with Marketing Team, Operations Team, and CFO to:
Grow B2B Sales, meeting or exceeding the plan
Run platforms including RangeMe & Faire
Manage B2B Forecasting Process and provide feedback to CFO / Supply Chain Team
Utilize B2B System to identify and acquire new accounts and service existing accounts
Actively Approach Targeted New Business Clients
Search for New Leads
Manage Relationships With Existing Customers
Conduct Market Research
Answer Buyer Questions
Deliver exceptional pre-sale and post-sale experience
Manage landing pages and digital campaigns to support B2B sales
Diversifies B2B business through brick and mortar and e-Commerce relationships
Ensure all orders are processed and delivered successfully
Handle all reporting

Qualifications
Fluent English
Minimum of 1 year of B2B Sales experience
Experience with Call, Email, Faire, RangeMe, and LinkedIn
Experience managing network of manufacturer’s representatives
Prior experience must be in a “Hunter” sales role in one of the three following areas: e-commerce, Softlines retail, or SaaS
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Proven track record of consistent, successful sales performance metrics
Experience utilizing sales tools and lead generation software: RangeMe, Faire, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Zoom Info
Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups)

Salary Range
The candidate should expect a total salary range between 3 and 6% of annual projected sales based on performance, background, and experience
The company will offer a base salary for the position described
60 day ramp on period (100% salary as base), and then base will be reduced to 70% with remainder paid as commission
We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager who can achieve or exceed defined milestones over the next 2 years
