Job Description:
We are seeking a B2B Partnerships and Supplier Sourcing Specialist to strategically expand our network of suppliers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for quality products, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record in sales and supplier research.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential suppliers and B2B partners within the home and living sector.
– Conduct thorough market research to source new and innovative products that align with our brand values and customer needs.
– Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
– Maintain and nurture relationships with existing suppliers for long-term collaboration.
– Handle communication and follow-ups with suppliers.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in supplier sourcing, B2B sales, or a related field, preferably within the home and living industry.
– Strong negotiation skills and experience in handling sales emails.
– Excellent research skills with the ability to identify high-quality products and reliable suppliers.
– A results-driven approach with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
