We are in the business of buying and selling Real Estate. We are also in the business of doing repairs on neglected (poor shape) real estate. We also can make loans to property owners who wish to upgrade their properties. We have been operating for the last 14 years. Our business model works in good times and bad. JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be making out- bound phone calls and emails with the purpose of collecting information and ultimately getting an appointment set up for 1 of our sales rep.
You don’t have to sell anything over the phone ( although if you have experience with that that is helpful)
Must be able to properly cold call companies and effectively get to the decision maker.
This can be on 1 or several attempts but the goal is to get and document as many notes for future contacts as possible.
You must be proficient in updating notes on calls made and must be able to write emails that can help get to the end goal.
