Job Description

Responsibilities:
*Calls Listening: Regularly review and assess calls between our team and clients to ensure the quality of interactions and the adherence to established standards. Using our existing Metrics and KPI

*Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee the quality assurance strategy for Aladdin B2B, aligning it with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Overviewing three branches of the operation’s department such as Trade show-Enterprise & Government.

*Checking Shareable Lists: Collaborate with the Head of Lead Generation Department to check and verify shareable lists for accuracy and relevance to client requirements.

*Checking Deliverables: Review project deliverables to ensure they meet the quality standards and specifications outlined in client agreements. Using our Calculator.

*Monitoring Agreements: Maintain a close watch on the signed agreement targets between clients and Aladdin B2B, ensuring they are met or exceeded.

*Checking Lead Quality: Thoroughly evaluate the quality of leads generated by our team, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations. Also evaluating the quality of leads generated by each agent.

*Quality Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish a system for tracking and reporting on quality assurance metrics. Provide regular reports to senior management.

*Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet quality objectives.

*Client Engagement: Collaborate with our B2B clients to understand their quality expectations and ensure that our services consistently meet or exceed those expectations. Correspond with clients through email

*Documentation and Training: Maintain quality documentation, conduct training sessions, and ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to quality procedures.

*Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance overall quality and client satisfaction by getting certified from the Aladdin Academy.

Job Specification:
> Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Computer majors have an advantage
> Post-Graduate Degree
> Using AI Integration
> Gulf Experience is a plus
> Aladdin Academy Certified is required within the first month

>Proven experience in B2B quality assurance management, preferably in a related industry.
>Telephone communication + lead qualification & generation skills
>Computer & software skills, Google Apps skills including Google calendar, Google docs, Google email, Google drive, Google forms and Google tasks.

>Negotiation Skills
>Achieving tracking on daily target call made by the operation’s team
>Integrating within the team
>Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence
