As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated B2B Sales and Business Assistant to join our team and help us manage and automate various aspects of our operations.
Position Overview:
As a B2B Sales and Business Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our sales and operational processes. You will be responsible for managing platforms, automating key business functions, and providing exceptional support to our clients and suppliers. Your daily tasks will involve customer outreach as well as responding to client requests, researching their needs, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth transactions. You will also assist in setting up drop shipping arrangements and contribute to our business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
Oversee and maintain various sales platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate and up to date.
Monitor and optimize the online presence to enhance visibility and sales.
Business Automation:
Identify opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency.
Implement and maintain automation tools and software to streamline workflows.
Client Interaction:
Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Conduct research to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Write cold contact emails to new leads.
Supplier Communication:
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms, place orders, and track deliveries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable source of raw ingredients.
Drop Shipping Setup:
Coordinate with logistics partners to establish and manage efficient drop shipping processes.
Monitor and optimize drop shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Business Development Support:
Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of raw ingredients and private label sales is a plus.
