Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Client Account Representative to join our Sales team. This role is crucial to our growth, involving selling, building strong client relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to foster client loyalty and repeat business.
• Sales and Promotion: Present, promote, and sell our products and services. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Technical Support: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, providing technical guidance and support to clients, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Help identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
• Data Management: Analyze sales data and client feedback to develop insights and strategies for improving sales performance. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account status in the CRM system.
• Customer Service: Manage incoming phone calls, chats, and emails. Respond to inquiries quickly with accurate information. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate sales transactions with team members and other departments. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or support, preferably in a technical or industrial sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly ambitious, goal-oriented, and a genuine desire to succeed.
