Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative for our international markets, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. Leveraging your sales expertise and understanding of the tech SaaS landscape, you will research the market, generate new leads, engage with them, and guide them through the sales process to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and qualify leads within international markets to develop a robust sales pipeline.
2. Conduct a thorough needs analysis to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
3. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
4. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.

KPIs
1. Number of leads generated and outreached
2. Number of leads engaged in conversations and moved to the next stages in the funnel
3. Number of booked Meetings with leads

Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of success in international B2B sales, preferably within the tech SaaS industry.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
4. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a willingness to embrace challenges.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
6. Fluency in English both written and spoken, the ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
7. Experience in working with CRM systems.
8. Experience in working with Sales Tech tools.
